Group Executive Chef, The Privé Group

A chef of humble beginnings, Chef Robin has always been fascinated by the operations of the kitchen. With a sharp palette and a keen sense of adventure he worked his way to become the Group Executive Chef of The Privé Group today. His culinary skills and prowess can be attributed to his training received in his stints at several world-renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Gavroche and Chez Bruce in London, Chez Lamenoise in France and Becasse in Sydney, Australia. Chef Robin was trained at SHATEC and has taken up a Certificate in Baking Science & Technology with the US Wheat Federation.

His dedication to his craft has resulted in him being nominated as Rising Chef of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit’s Awards of Excellence in 2001 and 2002. Chef Robin has also lent his support to Unilever Food Solutions to endorse their products and has appeared as a guest chef on Mediacorp’s reality television show – ‘Love on a Plate 2’.
