About PHF

Project Happy Feet is a Singapore-based not-for-profit organisation set up to empower the lives of underprivileged youths and children across Asia by supporting their education and training through fund-raising for education-related initiatives and programmes that positively impact them or their families.

Project Happy Feet was conceptualised in 2007. Its first project was to Siem Reap in 2008, leading it to be officially registered in 2009. For over 17 years, Project Happy Feet has raised more than USD 1.3 million through its fund raising initiatives such as Chefs for a Cause and Project Happy Feet Slipper Race, and supported more than 8,000 children and youth in Cambodia, India, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam through its programmes.

As the landscape evolved with many more fundraising options now available for its developmental partners, Project Happy Feet saw a lesser need for organisations set up purely for volunteers to run fundraising projects to fund specific overseas programmes. In July 2025, Project Happy Feet ceased its operations.

Project Happy Feet is grateful for the countless supporters and partners who have made its journey possible and the impact real. It is hoped that the collective memory of Project Happy Feet’s past will serve as an inspiration for many to continue their own journey of making footprints of change.
